  • Absolut Pear Vodka
  • Pear Puree
  • Cabrala - Spanish Blue Cheese, melted
  • Prosecco
  • Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In Martini Shaker add:

Ice
1-1/2 shots Vodka
2 shot pear puree

Shake Well

Chill martini glass & rim with melted blue cheese and sugar. Do this 2x

Pour vodka mixture into rimmed glass & add splash of Prosecco on top.

Can add finely ground sugared walnts on top. Garnish with chunk of blue cheese (either on bottom of glass, or on skewer)
