  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 1/2 lb roast beef, fat trimmed
  • 1 1lbcan sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 apples (grate when served)*
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles*

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except water, apples, and noodles in bag and seal well. Freeze. thaw and put into crock pot. add water and cover and turn on low for 6-8 hours. shred the meat in the sauce to serve.
chop two apples adn put on top of sauce and meat. serve on cooked noodles.
