Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef roast, cut into small chunks
- 1 large kielbasa sausage link
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 3 whole tomatoes, chopped
- 2 small jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1-1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves smashed through garlic press
- 1-1/2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a large pan on medium heat, and add a little coconut oil.
Add the sausage to the pan and brown on all sides.
Remove the sausage, and cut into small chunks and add to the crock pot along with all the other ingredients.
Cook on the 8 hour setting.
When the chili is done, spoon into your bowl and top with cheddar cheese.
Recipe makes 8 servings
