Sticky Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

• 3 lbs of chicken drumsticks
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 3/4 cup honey
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp corn starch
• 1/2 tsp tobasco
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 F

2. Place chicken in a foil 13x9 dish

3. Spray foil with non-stick spray

4. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium saucepan

5. Bring to a boil, stirring often

6. Reduce heat and continue cooking until it thickens up a bit

7. Pour over the chicken and bake for about an hour until the sauce caramelized
