- 1 Brisket
- 2 oz. Liquid Smoke
- 2 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 oz. Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place brisket in 9 x 13 dish. Coat with liquid smoke & Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil. Marinate in refrigerator for 24-36 hours. Put in oven at 275 for 4 hours. Let cool then coat with BBQ sauce. Cover with foil & marinate in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator about an hour before ready to cook so it’s not so cold. Slice brisket & bake at 325 for 1 hour, covered with foil. Makes plenty of sauce for a gravy for mashed potatoes or rice.
