- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 oz crumbled blue cheese

Step 1
Combine celery with lemon juice and marinate 10 minutes. Lightly coat pizza crust with olive oil and grill about 2 minutes until golden brown. Flip crust and spread with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with chicken and blue cheese. Grill 2 minutes more and top with drained marinated celery and garnish with celery leaves.
