Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 lbs ground beaf
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 pkg onion soup miz
  • Uncooked Bacon
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all meat loaf ingredients together except bacon. Make individual loaves, about 1/4 lb each. Wrap a piece of bacon. Put parchment paper in bottom of baking pan. Arrange meat loafs in pan and bake uncovered 1 hour at 350. Mix sauce ingredients and spoon on top of loaves. Bake an additional 1/2 hours. Freezes well.
