Ingredients
- 2 20 oz. packages refrigerated potato wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp white truffled oil
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Place potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Toss well to combine. Bake at 450 degrees F for 35 mins or until potatoes are browned and tender. Remove from the oven. Drizzle potatoes with truffle oil and sprinkle with thyme. Toss gently to combine.
