Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cabbage
- 1 medium carrot chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 large celergy stalks with leaves chopped
- 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 tblp. tomato paste
- 3 cups beef broth or stock
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups spinach
- 10 meatballs quartered
- parmesan to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
place all in crockpot except last 3 and cook on high for 4 hours.
Add spinach and meatballs and cook on high an additional hour.
Makes 9 cups of soup......5G of carb each cup.
