Aunt Freddie's Nut Rolls

Ingredients

• Roll:
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup crisco
• 4 yolks
• 4 T sugar
• 1 ts salt
• 1 T vanilla
• 4 cups flour
• 1 pkg yeast
• Filling:
• 4 egg whiles
• 1 cup sugar
• 6 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

1-Heat milk and melt crisco.
2-Mix egg yolks, sugar , salt and vanilla.
3-Wisk together flour and yeast, make sure distribution is even.
4-Add flour to milk mixture.
5-Refrigerate overnight.
6-Make filling.
7-Roll out dough, and spread with filling.
8-Roll up, trim ends and bake.

9-When cool, frost and slice.
