Ingredients
- 2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 tbsp refried beans, rice or combination of both
- 4 tbsp cooked meat (chicken, beef or pork), shredded
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 4 tbsp shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar or 2 slices of American cheese

Step 1
Spread half the refried beans/rice in the center of each tortilla. Top each with half the cooked meat, salsa and shredded cheese. Fold in sides and roll tortillas. Place one in each cooking well.
Cook 5 to 7 minutes.
