Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 Tablespoons rum
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 Tablespoons sour cream
- 3 lbs. ricotta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Add sugar, flour, rum, orange extract, vanilla extract, sour cream and mix thoroughly.
3. Fold the ricotta in a little at a time.
4. Spray the springform pan with Pam, and pour the mixture in.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn down the oven to 350 degrees, and let it bake another hour. Turn oven off, and allow cake to cool in the oven.
