Quick Italian Salad

Ingredients

• 1 (6 oz) bag fresh Italian salad mix
• 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
• 1 envelope zesty italian dressing mix
• 1/4 c olive oil
• 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
• 3 Tbsp prepared ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine salad mix and tomatoes

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing mix, olive oil, vinegar, and ranch dressing until smooth. Drizzle desired amount dressing over salad. Cover and refrigerate any remaining dressing for up to 2 weeks.
