Ingredients

  • 1 peeled zucchini, cut in half and run thru spiralizer. Season with sea salt, place in strainer over bowl to drain for 5 minutes.
  • 2 T Almond Butter
  • 1/3 cup oil, sesame or olive
  • 1 T Tamari
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, deseeded (spicier, add whole pepper)
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup filtered water

Ingredients 2 T Almond Butter 1/3 cup oil, sesame or olive oil 1 T Tamari 2 teaspoon cumin powder 2 teaspoon of ginger 1/2 jalapeno pepper, deseeded (if you want spicier, add the whole thing!) 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup filtered water

Directions Spiral zucchini into noodles or use a peeler. Blend all ingredients in blender and serve over zucchini noodles. Add some mung bean sprouts or any vegetables you like to top it off! Just make sure to add in the water as we forgot to do it in the video! Makes a difference.
