Ingredients

1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spray a miniature muffin tin with cooking oil/flour spray. Fill each cup 3/4th's full...DO NOT OVERFILL!

Bake approximately 18 minutes. Cool one minute before flipping out of muffin tins onto cooling racks.
