Ingredients
- 35 Premium Plus Crackers (I used unsalted)
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 pkg Baker's Semi Sweet Chocolate (=1 c Chocolate Chips)
- 1 c walnut pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Place crackers in single layer in foil lined 15 x 10 x 3/4" pan
Cook butter & sugar in saucepan on med-hi heat until butter is melted & mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
Bring to boil; cook 3 minutes without stirring
Spread over crackers
Bake 7-9 minutes at 400 degrees
Sprinkle chopped chocolate, let stand 5 minutes
Spread melted chocolate over crackers
Sprinkle nuts, cool in fridge (approx 2 hrs)
Break into pieces
