- 6 potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup

Step 1
Cook, cool, peel and slice potatoes (not tender). Heat chicken soup and butter. Add cheese, onion, and sour cream. Fold in potatoes. Place in buttered 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
