Ingredients
- 24 med mushrooms
- 2 cans (6oz each) snow crab meat drained and flaked
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme

Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems to equal 1/4 cup; place in small bowl. Stir in crab meat, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, minced onion & thyme. Spoon stuffing into each cap. In microwave cook on high 3-5 minutes until mushrooms are fork tender. Let stand 5 minutes.
