Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/4 c butter or oil
• 1 c chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/2 c chopped celery
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 c chopped green pepper
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp paprika
• 3 qts tomatoes
• 1 lg can tomato paste
• 1 tbsp oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Saute first four ingredients until soft.
Add remaining ingredients
