Ingredients
- 3 medium onions
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 2 lbs. chicken liver
- 1 stick butter
- salt, pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Chop onions and steam in a covered frying pan with half
stick butter. Put liver into water and boil about 15 minutes until done. In another pot boil 3 eggs. Then drain the liver and peel the eggs. When cooled add the onions, liver, eggs and salt and pepper to taste to a food processor and chop until desired consistency.
Cool and serve.
