Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans
- 1/2 pound Napa cabbage, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large sauté pan on high, then toast the ginger and garlic. Add peppers, Napa cabbage and green beans. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir the soy and sugar together separately, then toss the vegetables in the sauce.
