- 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup cream-style corn
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°.
Stir together corn, sour cream, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Add cornmeal and salt stirring just until blended. Pour batter into 7x11 pyrex dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake until lightly golden brown on top. Cut into squares to serve.
