- 1 white cake mix
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 1-pound can cherry pie filling
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg

Step 1
Crumble cake mix and butter together until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Pat mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
Spread cherry filling over cake. Combine sour cream, sugar and egg together. Spread over cherry filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until sour cream topping is set.
