Ingredients
- 2 turkey legs or 1 lb. stew meat
- Canned peas
- Frozen beans & corn
- Carrots, chopped
- 1-2 cans mushrooms
- Celery & leaves
- Water
- Pearl barley
- Parsley
- Bay leaf
- Poultry seasoning
- Marjoram
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer meat in water 2 hrs. If using turkey legs, remove & cool. Then remove bones & meat to pot along with fresh vegetables & seasonings. Simmer for several hrs. Add barley & simmer until barley is tender. Then add canned vegetables.
