- 3 large croissants
- 1 8 oz cooked ham chopped
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon mustard dry
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Step 1
Cut croissant in 1/2 4 to 5 pieces. Place in sprayed 10" deep pie plate. Top with ham and cheese pour egg mixture over. Cover and chill. Bake 325 F covered 35 mins. Uncover and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
