Ingredients
- 1/3 c. low sodium tamari (especially important that tamari is low sodium, it is richer)
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 T. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2/3 c. safflower oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 T. tahini (Middle Eastern sesame paste)
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 1/4 c. nutritional yeast
- 3 pinches of salt
- 2 tsp. sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix in a blender and pour into 2 bottles.
The dressing should be golden in color and a creamy consistency.
Refrigerate and shelf life should be 1 week.
