Ingredients

  • Bread:
  • 1 18 1/2-ounce yellow cake mix
  • 2 small packages pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Topping:
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • (can make more topping if desired)

Step 1

Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, water, and oil.

In a separate bowl, mix topping ingredients. Grease and flour 2 large loaf pans. Put 1/4 batter in each pan and sprinkle with 1/4 topping mixture. Add remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining topping.

After 10 minutes of baking, pull out bread and poke holes in the mixture with a knife to release air bubbles.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. (Make sure middle of cake is done)
