In a small bowl, whisk together egg white and 1 tablespoon water until frothy, about 2 minutes; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine sugars and cinnamon; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine almonds, pecans and egg white mixture until well combined. Stir in brown sugar mixture until evenly coated.
Spread almond mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Place into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring at halftime.
My family makes these in a crockpot during the holidays. I can’t stop eating them because they remind me of cinnamon rolls! Just looking at those pictures makes me hungry:)

Made these today…they are almost gone =) Thanks to you and Averie for the delicious (and addicting) recipe! Yum!
I’m so glad you had a chance to make these! They sure are addicting!
I’m wondering if you can make these ahead and then freeze them until needed. I want to make jars of them as gifts to my neighbors but would like to make them a batch at a time. I have back problems that make standing for long times very difficult and it would be nice to be able to make the batches a little at a time and freeze them.
I love this and want to make them for Christmas presents, but some of the people I’d be giving them to don’t eat eggs
Any ideas on what I could do to make them egg-free?
During the holidays, my daughter and I always have to pick these up at a local homespun gift shop. Now that she has moved to Seattle area..it is not near as often sadly. This recipe is as close to it as I have ever tasted! These were so easy to make and brought back special memories to me…Thanks for your post
I’m not sure whether to kiss you or curse you. Kiss you because these are soooo good I can’t stop eating them; curse you because these are so good I LITERALLY cannot stop eating them. Fantastic and really easy to make (again another down side, if it were more complicated i would not be stuffing huge amounts of them into my mouth!!!).
