Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp fat free sour cream
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 6 cherry tomatoes quartered

Step 1
Mash anchovy paste and garlic with fork. Stir in buttermilk, sour cream, Parmesan and pepper. Combine lettuce, tomatoes and drizzle with dressing.
