"Land of Nod" Cinnamon Buns

Make the night before so they rise overnight and pop them in the oven in the morning for fresh cinnamon buns. Almost as good as grandmas.

Ingredients

  • 20 frozen dough rolls
  • 1 cup rown sugar
  • 1/4 cup banilla instant pudding
  • 1 - 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup raisons (optional)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup melted butter

Step 1

Before you put the cat out and turn off the lights for bed, grease a 10" bundt pan and add frozen rolls. Sprinkle with brown sugar, pudding powder, cinnamon and raisons. Pour melted butter over all. Cover with a clean, damp tea towel. (Leave at room temperature). Turn out the lights and say goodnight!

In the morning, preheat oven to 350 F and bake for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and then turn out on a serving plate.
