  • 2 large potatoes, baked and cool
  • 4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup onion, browned
  • 2 Tbs parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbs melted butter
  • cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix inside of potatoes with the rest of the ingredients and put back in potato shells. Sprinkle top of potatoes with a little more cheese.

Bake 350 oven for 20 minutes.
