Ingredients
- 10 oz. bow tie pasta (cooked & drained)
- 4 c. sliced cooked chicken
- 2 T butter
- 3 T lemon juice
- 4 large carrots
- 8 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
- 6 oz. spinach (fresh)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cap skim milk
- 1 T dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. shredded Colby jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute carrots in butter and lemon juice until slightly done. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Remove from skillet. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Mix soups, milk, onion flake and garlic powder. Toss all ingredients together except cheese and place in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
