Ingredients
- mashed potatoes with some gruyere cheese
- oyster & shitake mushrooms
- onion
- equal parts olive oil & butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup stock
- butter
- flour
- parsley

Preparation
Step 1
mash potatoes and add cheese
Saute onion in oil & butter. Add garlic, mushrooms, salt & pepper. Saute a few minutes. Add wine & stock.
Mix melted butter and flour together, mix in mushroom mixture and cook till thickened. Add chopped parsley. Place in casserole dish, top with potatoes and bake.
