Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken
  • 3/4 cup Borden buttermilk
  • 1 T chicken flavor
  • instant bouillon
  • 1 cup unsifted flour
  • 1-2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted

Step 1

In large bowl, combine buttermilk, bouillon and oregano; let stand 10 minutes. Stir. Add chicken; stir to coat. Let stand 30 minutes. In plastic bag combine flour and paprika. Add chicken a few pieces at a time. Shake to coat. Place in 12x9 dish; drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden. Refrigerate leftovers.
