  • 4 EGGS
  • 3/4 CUP OF VEG OIL (CAN USE APPLESAUCE)
  • 1 CAN 12 OZ MOUNTAIN DEW

Step 1

MIX CAKE MIX, PUDDING, EGGS, OLD AND SODA
BEAT AT LOW SPEED FOR 30 SECONDS AND THEN AT MEDIUM SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES
POUR INTO GREASED AND FLOURED 10 INCH FLUTED TUBE PAN.
BAKE AT 350 F FOR 45 TO 50 MINUTES UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN
COOL FOR TEN MINUTES AND THEN REMOVE FROM PAN
DUST WITH CONFECTIONERS SUGAR IF DESIRED.
ALSO CAN MIX CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER AND LEMON FLAVORING TO MAKE AN ICING TO POUR OVER THE CAKE.
