Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and chocolte over boiling water in double water. Beat eggs in bowl, gradually blend in sugar. Add flour and pinch of salt. Then combine with chocolate mixture. Pour into ungreased 8 inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. No need for pie crust. Great with cool whip or ice cream while still warm.
