Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1/4 c. Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 3 c. fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 3 c. hot brown or white rice
- 1/4 c. chopped cashews or peanuts

Step 1
Heat nonstick wok or large skillet to medium-high heat; add chicken & stir-fry 5-7 min.
Stir in dressing & juice; bring to boil. Add vegetables. Cook 5-7 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice, sprinkle with nuts.
