Sloppy Joe

You can serve this on Gluten Free rolls, or you can simply eat it by the spoonful. I am a neatnik, so I usually just put it in bowls and arm everyone with a spoon. Every once in a while, I serve it over gluten free spaghetti & tomato sauce. That’s delicious, too. It is filling & my kids CHEER for it. Hooray!

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee onions in oil in large pot until onions are translucent (6-7 minutes).
Add ground beef to pan and cook until browned (5-6 minutes). Salt & pepper it to taste.
Add the rest of the ingredients (tomato sauce, stock, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and brown rice) to the pot and cook to reduce. You want it to be thick. It will thicken more as it cools.
