Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. chopped tarragon or basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Step 1

Pour white wine vinegar into a food processor. Add rosemary and basil or other herbs. Add garlic. Blend until all ingredients are well mixed. Slowly add olive oil and blend for 15 seconds.

Add to greens with pecans and cranberries for a salad.
