Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) cooked whole wheat couscous
- 3 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s) cut into strips
- 1 cup(s) cooked spinach steamed or sautéed
- 1/2 cup(s) canned tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) canned diced tomatoes with seasonings

Preparation
Step 1
Combine couscous, chicken, spinach, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes on a plate; season to taste and heat through.
Swaps:
Try shrimp instead of chicken, and red peppers and onions instead of spinach.
