Mac-Ham-n-Cheese Pie****

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup cubed cooked ham(bacon)
• 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
• 2 1/4 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup baking mix(homemade or Bisquick)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 10-inch or 9 1/2-inch glass deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.

2. Mix together ham, cheese and dry macaroni, put ingredients into prepared pie plate.

3. In large bowl,whisk together milk, eggs, baking mix and seasonings.

4, Pour egg mixture into pie plate.

4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
