Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
- 3-5 Tbs. butter
- 3 3oz. pkgs Ramen noodles (any flavor)
- 2 oz. slivered almonds
- 4 Tbs. sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Shred cabbage & add onions. Melt butter in skillet; crunch up noodles & add to melted butter. Add almonds & sesame seeds to noodles; stir until lightly browned, then remove from heat. Combine vinegar, oil, soy sauce & sugar in small sauce pan. Bring to a boil for 1 min, then remove from heat & cool. Combine cabbage & noodle mixture, pour dressing over & serve immediately. Refrigerate any extra dressing in airtight container.
