Ingredients
- 1 6oz. pkg semi-sweet choco chips
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp. butter melted
- 16 3-inch unbaked pasty shells. (I bake mine a bit to brown bottoms)

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle 1 tbsp. choco chips in each pie shell. Mix eggs, corn syrup, sugar and flour. Mix well. Stir in coconut, pecans and butter.
Spoon filling evenly over chips in pie shells.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Let cool, serve at room temperature.
