Ingredients
- 3-4 zucchini or summer squash
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. grated American, Cheddar, or Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 tomatoes

Step 1
Lightly saute squash. When squash is tender, put it in a baking pan or casserole dish. Add tomatoes; sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top. Broil until cheese is melted and golden (approximately 5-10 minutes).
