Step 1
Take one (8 oz) can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls. Unroll it and separate crosswise into two sections, press dough into 2 squares, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Place cheese round on center of 1 dough square, the round will be an 8 oz Brie cheese. Heat oven to 350. Will a small cookie or canape cutter, cut 1 shape from each corner of remaiing dough swuare, set coutouts aside, place remainng dough square on top of cheese round. Press firmly and wrap botttom over top. Brush dough with egg. Top with cutouts and brush with egg. Bake 20-24 minutes or untili golden brown. Place on serving plate and cool 15 minutes. Serve warm with 40 water crackers or baguette French bread slices.
