Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp. orange zest
- 1 large orange, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced

Step 1
Combine in medium saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil, stir frequently.
Lower heat to medium and simmer 15 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking.
Cool before serving.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Freezes up to 6 months.
