Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 large mushrooms sliced
- 1 rib celery, diagonally sliced
- 6 green onions, in 1 inch length
- 4 oz extra firm tofu
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp dry white wine
- 5 oz spinach

Step 1
Heat oil and add onions, chicken, mushrooms, and celery. Cook until chicken is done. Add green onions and tofu ( after pressed, drained, and cubed).
Combine remaining ingredients and add to chicken mixture. Boil and add spinach until wilted.
