Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 11/2 tbsp tandoori powder
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 finely chopped medium onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp masala
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- if you cannot find tandoori powder, use the tandoori masala mix (superstore) in the marinade and skip the masala in the sauce mixture.

Step 1
Cut chicken into cubes and put in an air tight container. In a bowl mix together tandoori powder, garlic and yogurt and marinate overnight.
Bake chicken for 30 minutes at 350 degress. Meanwhile heat olive oil in a medium saucepan. Add onion and saute until translucent, about 5 min, stirring constantly. Add spices and mix well. Add tomato soup, whipping cream and cooked chicken to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
* Serve with basmati rice, naan and chutney
