Ingredients
- 3 strips bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1 to 2 lbs. Polish sausage, cut into pieces
- 1 &1/2 tbsp. flour
- 2 cans sauerkraut (27 oz. each)
- 2 sm. potatoes, cubed
- 2 sm. apples, cored and cubed
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 &1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1/2 c. water

Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon and sausage until crisp, drain. Add flour to drippings and blend well. Stir in sauerkraut, mix well. Place sauerkraut mixture, bacon, and sausage pieces in Crock Pot. Add all other ingredients, stir together. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours (high 3 to 4 hours).
