Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained (151/2 oz.)
  • 1 can red beans, rinsed and drained (151/2 oz.)
  • 1 can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained (151/2 oz.)
  • 1 can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained (151/2 oz.)
  • 1 can baby lima beans, rinsed and drained (81/2 oz.)
  • 1 &1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 &1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in Crock Pot. Stir. Cover and cook on low for 6 or 7 hours or until onion and pepper is tender. Remove bay leaves and discard. Great side dish.
